Overall great experience. Good customer support; when I was getting antsy about the whereabouts of my order, Rachel was able to track it and reassure me it was en route. Arrived a day late, but in good shape. The racks were easy to assemble, plugged into my system, powered up without any problems.
After vacillating over batteries for months, I realizing all the popular brands were not better, but just clones, and have not been improved in build or design, nor kept up with new tech and features. I bought 2 of these because I was compelled by this battery's form factor, clean design, simplicity and features. It's well thought out and moves the bar higher for everyone else in this space.
Changing to LiFePO4 batteries from Lead acid ones was surprisingly easy and in the long run much less maintenance intense. The RUiXU 6 pack looks great in its cabinet and is easy to monitor. Support was reasonable but slow and done with WhatsApp. Improvement here would be welcomed.
